This is a beautifully furnished and well-appointed single-storey pool home in the gated resort community of Terra Verde, just off Kissimmee’s Poinciana Boulevard two miles South of Hwy 192 where there are many shops and restaurants. The theme parks - Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios etc, are all reached in just 10-15 minutes by car. Available to all guests at Terra Verda is its large community pool, whirlpool spa, children’s playground, fitness center & sauna, games room, beach-volleyball courts, fishing lake, small beach and a clubhouse with its own small shop, snack bar & cyber café.  
 
The living room has two sofas (one is a convertible sleeper/sofa) and a comfortable armchair, cable-TV, a DVD, telephone, and a music system.
 
The formal dining area seats 6 persons and the fully-equipped kitchen has a stove with 4 hot-plates, a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, washer & dryer). There is an additional dining table, seating four persons, in the kitchen.
 
The first master bedroom has a King-size double bed, cable TV, telephone and the master bathroom has a large corner tub, a separate shower and a walk-in closet.
 
The second master bedroom has a Queen-size double bed and a private bathroom with a bath & shower, wash basin and wc.
 
The third and fourth bedrooms each have two twin beds.
 
The third bathroom has a bath & shower, wash basin and wc. 
 
There is also a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board and hair-dryer.
 
Outside, the covered lanai and South-facing pool deck area have sun-loungers, a table & chairs allowing outdoor dining.
The 26’ x 12’ pool (heated in Winter) is fully screened.
 
There is a two-car garage with an internal access door from it directly into the house
 
Quality linens, towels, kitchenware, pots & pans, cutlery & drinking glasses etc are all provided as is cable-TV and free use of all the facilities within Terra Verde Resort including wireless internet access. Arrive and depart any day of the week, subject to availability. 24-hour check-in is possible and the property managers are close at hand. Cribs, high-chairs, BBQs available as are discount attraction tickets.
